RIGHT TO RETURN: A HISTORIC WIN!!
Enrollment for Tubman Middle School and Jefferson High School is NOW OPEN!
Dear Community Family,
On February 27th, 2018, The PPS School Board approved an Open Enrollment “Right to Return” Policy for students of families displaced from the Albina neighborhood due to gentrification.
Under this policy, 50 students can come back to Tubman Middle School (opening Fall 2018) and 25 to Jefferson High School.
This means if a student is currently living in East County, but wants to attend Tubman or Jefferson, they can do so under this new policy.
This was a HISTORIC WIN for our community!
